In the live broadcast of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation’s online project Overcome. Psychologist Helps Iryna Vselyubska, the Foundation’s psychologist, answered the questions of the audience.
According to her, all people come across stress in one way or another. However, for people living along the contact line and for IDPs, new stress is superimposed on the old one. Thus, it only accumulates and, accordingly, a chain reaction is triggered. To avoid this, a person should know what to do and whom to call if necessary.
