Civilian Voices. Children

Civilian Voices. Children project has been designed for children and teenagers who are ready to share their stories with the Museum of Civilian Voices founded by the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, while learning video blogging at informative master classes, taking part in interesting contests and exciting activities.

Cinema Camp offers an exciting format of a summer camp. Here children can both rest and learn videoblogging at the same time. Here you can start on your vlogging journey: learn how to film a vlog, edit videos and shoot interviews. You can also develop acting and performance and screenwriting skills as well as learn about such professions as cameraman, film director, producer, presenter and video blogger.

You will definitely enjoy creating videos and placing them on YouTube or your social pages as your vblog will allow you to share news, life events, find new friend, build your dreams and make your ideas a reality.

Even if this does not become your vocation or calling in adult life, and your main job, it will still be useful for general development, bEven if you do not see it as your calling in the future and you do not pursue this career it is still good for the overall development of the youngsters as these lessons offer an excellent opportunity to learn how to speak to communicate information, ideas, opinions  and feelings in a variety of contexts as well as be creative and original. You will definitely need these skills in your personal and professional life. More details on the project will be available in early summer 2022.

Master classes are available in different formats: There are different training opportunities:

–  undertake self-directed learning by watching videos, taking tests and getting a certificate;

– apply for participation in master classes that take place on a quarterly basis;

– participate in competitions and other activities of the Foundation to win participation in the offline master class.

 Essay competition

In September 2021, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation joined efforts with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to run a creative competition among students of the 9-12th grades in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.

The project goal was to show that the outbreak of the war is not about one day, but it means dozens and even hundreds of days triggered by certain regional or national events that have changed the life of people forever. For each Ukrainian citizen this day brings back certain memories, tragedies, losses and understanding of the fact that the situation will never be the same as before.

The essay competition is organized to show the importance and meaning of peace as the key value of the society. The events is timed to mark the International Day of Peace, which is the 21st of September.
